Saturday Kids Aerial Course 11-12pm

Service Description

We are excited to offer you a place on our Circus class. The session will include an opportunity to learn exciting new skills on the aerial hoop and silks. As well as an high-energy dance based warm up, fun circus games and ground based circus equipment (poi, hula hoops, juggling balls and diablo). It will be a friendly and inclusive atmosphere suitable for all abilities. Date: Every Saturday term-time Time: 11-12 pm Age: 6-12 yrs Where: Studio 4 All Dance, Ralli Hall, 81 Denmark Villas, Hove BN3 3TH Teacher: Led by experienced instructors who are fully DBS checked. What to wear: Suitable clothing for exercise, please wear leggings/trousers (something that covers legs). Long hair tied back and no jewellery. What to bring: Water bottle and a healthy snack.
