This one-hour workshop is designed to refine your technique, build strength and control, and help you move with confidence and intention. Rooted in the sultry, expressive style you love from our Burlesque classes, we’ll focus on essential heels skills, from clean lines and controlled transitions to balance, fluidity, and confidence. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your foundations or add polish to your performance quality, this session will leave you feeling strong, grounded, and undeniably fierce. Heels required.
