Level: Intermediate This class is suitable for intermediate students wanting to focus on Intermediate foundational work and more complex strength based poses. Hoops will be rigged predominantly high for these classes so students must be comfortable to learn and condition their inversions during combos. Each class starts with an intensive warm up, followed by aerial conditioning then you will learn a new combo ending with a relaxing cool down.
