Level: Intermediate This class is suitable for Intermediate level focusing on learning a low flow aerial hoop sequence. Moves can be adapted to suit your level. This class starts with a stretch & warm up, followed by learning each section one move at a time. By the end of the class once we have learnt all the transitions we will piece all the sections together to create our final sequence.
