After weeks of movement, performance and self-expression, take time to rest, reset and reconnect. Join Brighton-based performer and facilitator Crystal King for a deeply relaxing Soundbath Healing Session at Studio4 All Dance. Designed especially for our burlesque students as courses come to an end, this session offers a peaceful space to unwind, release tension and find focus before returning to everyday life. Through soothing sound, gentle energy and guided relaxation, you’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed and rebalanced. Crystal invites you to lay down and relax into the sounds of the Symphonic Gong, Quartz Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls, and other meditative instruments. These special frequencies form a melodious spectrum that have been shown to impact wellbeing and have been used in healing practices by ancient cultures for centuries. Bring yoga mats, cushions, blankets and wear comfy warm clothes. Anything to keep you warm and cozy while you relax for the hour. 📍 Studio4 All Dance 🗓 6–7 PM
